I've been working with Chris Crosby at Buckingham investments for several years. There's too much to say to put it into a single review. However, just know that Buckingham really prides itself on long term relationships and not a quick transaction for commission. It sounds like a scammy pitch when you first meet them because everything they say they're about is too good to be true and what you would expect to hear. The difference is these guys mean it. After multiple offers on multiple properties, several educational seminars, several meet and greet meetings, and phone calls and emails of 3 years, closed on a property December of 2024. These guys specialize in first time investors of multi-unit properties. Hands down the best overall experience one could expect. High integrity, follow through, and ethical dealings. I cannot recommend them enough.

I had the Pleasure to work with Anthony Walker and Josh Ess. We went into Escrow on a 5 Unit property in Long Beach, but during our inspection we found very old Knob and Tube Wiring in the remodeled unit so we canceled Escrow. Unfortunately we were not able to close escrow on the property but Josh and Anthony were very professional and we will definitely work with them again. They are very talented and knowledgeable brokers who will make sure you get first class service when you work with them.
