The owner of this company is rude and unprofessional. When we moved in to our rental it was under a different property management company so the change was out of our control, that being said we rented for years with not much issue from either end but they sent out a repair guy that was rude when asked for an update on when a repair would be done, we called and asked for someone else to be sent out and the owner basically told us to put in our 30 day notice or she would, then shortly after that we received said notice. As happy as I am to not have to rent from this company or home owner I would hate for someone else to have to go through this especially people who have children or don't have the means to find another place to go especially with how the market and economy is nowadays.

Very hands on Rental Company! Whenever a A/C or other issue arose Kristeen is very proactive on getting service to the property and fixed asap. She follows thru on service calls, and so does the other office staff. They care about the renter as well as the owner of property and that's very appreciated, I know alot of people who rent from them who have expressed this as well. They even support renters in their businesses and community events, they show up and show support.

I tried to rent a property. From them it took two weeks to get an appointment when i went to look at the property i made it clear that i wanted to see if my car would fit in the garage when i get there she "couldnt "find the garage the garage door opener when i tried to rent the place all i got was a run around they need a trip to the unemployment line to refresh their memories on good customer service and respect for costomers
