18years i,ve lived in my little apt &raised my kids as well NOW I'm fighting severe heath issues with CANCER UCSF ONCOLOGY specialist & I,m seniour citizen&disabled with deformitys right leg two shoulders and foot deformitys and I've Allways cherished my little apt BUT the previousmanagment property land,WHOM was wonderful as well EXCELLENT pcommunication &PROFESSIONALLY &just SO correct,to every detail without FLAW (LISA) {please come back?}THENEW Burbank housing resident landlord &as well are charging me approx$300.0 more then 30%incme base I get only SSI disability monthly myIHSS in home support service worker whom lives with receive,s approx 100 more then y my monthly payment & #1they are refusing to give me my year copy of recertification lease Which I've For 18years AlLWAYS received as welk the cindesinding cruel attityde like im nothing is deplorable i wish the police would ARREST these horrific NEW landlord their changing rules the y send people to do mainten ce knocking disturbing tenents as well repairs are being done INCORRECTLY In 2007 when landlord changed due to previous retired the management refused to report my income drop to unemployment only $100.00 weekly &the temp landlord,s r for 6months,s refused to AJUST accordingly &insisted with 10day pay or quit Amount 398dollarsI wS so scared with little baby been here already two years so very happy cherishing &pray righteously thank-youfirst time my very own apt so it was Crazy but I REALY did know to much about housing rights &discrimination but I wasn't disabled or seniour cutizen or fight&treatment fir Serious cancer So WHY ARE these people resident landlordliving here &making me feel less than they know in detail I'm under doctors restriction about WALKing their fully uncogenible I for 18years hey and yesterday posting notice to keep parking place &I can't walk ,ok I'm very sick from chemotherapy and they just insist I have to get paper up to office I can't take it their actually making my so rough because my whole SSI check is going to Burbank managment site project/subsidized HUD/section 8 ,minus what's left is 82 dollarsthis resident needs to be held accountable I,m in pan as well now I,m hungry I,m being under the breath challenged with intimidation /fear of notice which I've been letting this slide because I'm living to get better this management at this complex is is actually so unbearable cold ni compassion no smile or warmth threw ha
