I've worked a number of times with Maria of CC&R Group and found her professional, responsive and attentive to the needs of her tenants. She protects the asset for the owner and makes sure her properties are properly cared for. Highly recommend.

Do NOT work with or trust this company. Their clients are slumlords who they will go to great lengths to protect from their tenants' legal rights. They rented an unsafe property to me from a landowner who refused to honor his commitments and kicked me out in retaliation for reducing my rent after not receiving promised repairs. I won a case against the homeowner in small claims court and had to chase after him for weeks and contact his ex-wife, who told me that he had stolen millions of dollars from her, until finally receiving my settlement money from him. Even though Maria from CC&R Capital enticed me into renting the property, and acknowledged throughout the tenure of my lease that he was acting badly, she absolutely refused to get involved in helping me get my settlement money from the owner until I threatened to call her every single day until I received it. I had to catch her lying to me to get her to do the right thing, again and again. DO NOT TRUST THEM.
