Don’t trust these folks, they will tell you what you want to hear and sell you a bag of goods that you don’t want. Can’t run a business long under those conditions and also charge more per yard. Do some digging of other companies near by to you. Sometimes the extra drive is worth not dealing with the pain and headache as I learned the hard way with these guys. Here are a couple examples:

They said they had 1 1/4 clean black rock, it came with 3” and 5” rock. When confronted they said that’s what their supplier told them. I asked have you sampled your material. They played dumb and said well yeah I’m looking right at it. See the photo. No way it’s 1 1/4 clean

They said they have topsoil for top dressing, it’s full of rocks hardy has any compost. Spent weeks picking rocks out of my lawn. Needless to say my grass died the following season.

Be worry of getting a delivery, you may be paying for material that you are not getting. Delivery driver let it slip in passing that they loaded the truck with one full load from the tractor, I ordered 6 yards. Their tractor is only a 5 yard bucket.

All and all, find somewhere else to go in you need quality. I searched the area checked out 7 local companies, if you want to save time go to G&L Bark and Supply. It’s a bit further but worth it for good customer service, high quality product and for a great price. They know what they are talking about and care that they deliver quality.

Ordered their “screened” top soil. It didn’t have any huge rocks in it but a significant portion were small rocks. I spent thousands on a renovation last fall and the rocky soil has basically led me to rake and hand pick rocks for the last 2 months. I’ve now had to bring in quality top soil from a different supplier and reseed this spring.

I called and sent pictures but have basically been waived off multiple times. She said she would stop by to check it out but I have yet to hear back after I’ve called 3 times.

I would seriously consider using someone else for your lawn renovation needs.

Had 10 yard of 3 way top soil delivered and it is filled with rock 1/2"-1". It is supposed to be screened to 3/8". They said there was nothing they can do about now I'm stuck with rocky top soil.

They have quality products from rock plus different grades of bark. Prices are comparable to other businesses. I've been using this business for a long time and very happy with there services. Support your family run business.

Great source for buying dirt. Always cheerful, quick to load and excellent prices. We have purchased 3 yards of topsoil and a yard of garden soil to level our backyard. I can show up 15 minutes before closing time and get the same great service as 15 minutes after opening.

They blew a hydraulic line on Sumner Buckley hwy and drove the dump truck leaking large amounts of hydraulic oil all over my wife's car and 230th ave for a few miles while they drove the truck back to their yard. They were aware of the leak as there were several workers looking at the hose.
