Jonathan did an amazing job for us. My Mom choose him to sell her home, and to be honest, I had misgivings over CA Flat Fee, as I had always dealt with "full service" (full price?) realtors before. But I was very wrong. I worked with Jonathan and my Mom to figure out how best to prepare her home of 32 years for a good sale so she could move into a retirement home. Jonathan kept me appraised throughout the sale, and I assisted my Mom to get her home ready. I was very pleased when I finally met him, and he gave great and clear directions on what would help best for a good sale. He worked hard for the sale, holding several open houses, several home visits to review the preparation progress, gently directing my Mom, and negotiating very well with potential buyers. Jonathan is amazing and was an incredible blessing! My mom knew Jonathan and was set on using him as her realtor.
