Julio and his entire team are nothing but outstanding professionals. From finding us an incredible home off market, to walking us through all details of the process, they have been amazing. Working with Julio has been nothing less than a constant pleasure. I know Alex and Julio since 2018 when we were looking a property in Sonoma area. We worked with three agents. Among them, I found Alex and Julio are most trust worthy couple to work with. Because we live in the LA area and don’t know much about the Sonoma county, they care very much about us and our property even after the deal is closed. They will do everything they can to provide us recommendations we need, which has proven to be very good fit. Whenever we encountered problems we are confident that they can be trusted to talk to. Julio was very knowledgeable. We asked for our home to sell without the usual techniques use and he accommodated . AND was able to sell faster and for more then comparison properties. The process went so fast the offer was given and accepted before all the usual paper work was even finished but he got the job done. It was sold in record time and was a pretty painless process....
