This is my company. I would like to respond to a review left by an individual by the name of Carson, Ruth Dobler and TE.

Carson gave us a bad review because she was angry. She thought, since her mom is friends with one of the owners that we could bypass the qualification phase of the rental process.

I do understand needing to find housing. I am compassionate to the needs of people desperate to find a home. But, I cannot skip any of the steps for qualification on behalf of my clients who trust me to find them a qualified renter. I just can’t.

My clients trust me to place only the best qualified tenants into their homes, and that has to be my first priority.

Secondly, Ms. Dobler was very upset over some damage to her condominium. Unfortunately, when she bought her condo, she didn't read the CC&R's and did not understand that interior is the owners responsibility. We did all we could to help her.

Finally, a person by the name of TE who said that we were incompetent. Again, this person was upset because they had gotten a violation. We do not have time to play favorites, as this person eluded. We are happy to sit down with anyone who has a complaint and talk it over.

Very bad. They don't know anything about the properties they claim to "manage." They can't get anything done correctly. Sure, they may be "nice" but that doesn't equate to actual competence.

Bobbi and Chris helped my husband and I sell our home and I cannot say enough good things about them. They took time to explain every single detail of the process, especially selling our home during the pandemic, and were available to answer any questions or concerns we may have had at any time. We weren't physically in the area at the time, so it was extremely helpful to have Monica (virtually) show us apartments and homes to rent; to work with leasing agents for us (including dropping off paperwork and deposits); and, ultimately, to find us a place that was a great fit (convenient to work & good schools). She even arranged to have our utilities turned on before we arrived. The California Curb Appeal team are great communicators, hard working, and very knowledgeable.
