My husband and I highly recommend getting in contact with Ellie Perkins with California Outdoor Properties if you are looking to purchase agricultural property. She is prompt, easy to get ahold of, and went above and beyond for us throughout the buying process. Her agricultural background also provides her valuable industry insights. Those insights allow her to accurately represent her properties and point her clients in the right direction. My husband and I had been working to find and purchase a ranching home base for the past two years and, in my opinion, finding a relator who is as knowledgeable as Ellie is rare.

I don't know how this other person gave them a good rating. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Just try this, find a property on their website. There are a lot of great listings, but notice that they have all been listed a very long time. Years in many cases! To find out why, call the listing agent, doesn't matter which one they all are terrible. Tell them you are an investor from out of the area and want to offer on that property. Guaranteed they won't speak to you about numbers until you agree to travel how ever many miles to look at properties, where they will grill you about your worthiness to purchase the property. The bottom line, this company stone walls investors and purchasers to keep their listings on for lengthy periods so they can swoop in and low ball the sellers of the property. They have terrible atttudes, treat buyers like garbage and even break real estate laws and IRS laws in their every day business. I personally tried to purchase three different properties with my own financing and I was treated like scum. Well I for one wouldn't deal with them for anything! Steer clear of these guys.

Ed Perry is the worst real estate agent I’ve ever worked with. Called him and he couldn’t show the property and refused to let us bring our own agent to view the property. When we did he threatened to press charges on our realtor. Maybe that’s why the property has been on the market for so long? If you want to sell a house, ya a different agent. My only thought is that he didn’t want to split commission?
