Was able to locate Managers Office. Was Very Disappointed "Timely" Wise That Mgr. Mgmt. Held Application For Lack Of Few Questions Skipped Without Placing A N/. During Mandate Which Was Informed Is Over, A 3 month to 3 Year Wait. Termed - COVID Mandate Ended As Troop Withdrawals Were Taking Affect. There Is No Priorities In Assisting Natural Disasters, Undisclosed Displacements And When Considered, If Emergency, 3 Months - 3 Years Waiting List. Many Waited, Time, First Come, First On List. Are These Help Aids If Wait 3 Years Most, Or Longer(?)?
