Trash everywhere. Office never open regardless being inside. Only way to communicate is through via text. Laundry rooms never open. Cleaned my apartment spotless including the carpet still managed to charge me cleaning fees and carpet cleaning services they basically pocket security deposit. Dog poop everywhere people can’t even respect where they live. Cats climbing cars sleeping on them. Ridiculous.

Horrible place , over charged , cockroaches everywhere. We moved in fridge was broken food went to waste and they didn’t wanna pay for it and now they wanna charge “cleaning fee” Save ur time and money.

Please avoid this apartment complex at all cost. My apartment floods whenever it rains. Luckily it doesn't rain often, but this has caused me to need dehumidifiers and fans running constantly to prevent mold from festering in my apartment. The maintenance people do not complete requests, they simply mark them as complete and ignore you. There is no leasing office that you can visit or phone line you can call, you have to leverage a text line that will likely ignore most of your messages, and act bothered when they do respond as if the issues with water leaking through your walls is somehow your fault. The units are INFESTED with roaches. I rented the unit and left it empty for a month. When I returned, there were 15 dead roaches in my empty apartment. Now that I stay here, I see them crawling around daily. I have set out traps, placed boric acid and diatomaceous earth down, and keep all of my food in the fridge. When pest control came around to treat, they determined my unit did not need any additional treatment...

Not a place i recommend leasing at all!!! Neighbors leave trash all over the place, i came to find underwear on my parking spot one morning walking up to my car. Maintenance people hardly ever actually complete maintenance requests they mark it off as complete but never actually do it. When you report something to the text line for the leasing office if they happen to actually reply they seem bothered to do so. You need atleast 3 dehumidifiers and fans running 24/7 to prevent mold from forming in the bathroom, bedroom and kitchen, and even then the clothes in your closet are more than likely going to get super moldy. There's no number or way to speak to an actual person if you have any questions or concerns. The gates stay open so theres always homeless people and crackheads walking around the complex, smoking and sleeping in the laundry rooms. The laundry rooms smell absolutely disgusting like dirt and urine. The lights in the laundry room have been out for about 4 months now and i doubt they're gonna replace them anytime soon. Overall horrible experience. Once again i DO NOT recommend this place at all.

Roach infested, outdated, thought I was getting an upgraded apartment. Ended up with the most outdated apartment there. Took 777 dollars from my deposit for “carpet replacement” which I have video of the apartment and carpet, moved out. Carpet did not need to be replaced at all. No matter how good you clean the place, they will still keep, a majority of the deposit. Once my lease was up (may 11th) they charged 640 dollars for the 11 days then 260 for final bills and another 260 again. Mind you I was already gone and moved out by end of April. So 1100 and something was the move out total. Again, roach infestation was huge problem. Didn’t wanna do much about it because every tenant around me had to also complain, so they hit them all, at the same time. So, no matter how many times they came and sprayed, it never did anything. I moved in with brand new furniture and everything and when I moved out I didn’t bother to take anything because of the roaches. My fault for not checking the apartment before signing the lease. Be prepared to pay 1867 total for a two bedroom. Overly expensive for a garbage apartment. Windows kept coming out. First day of move in the only thing that was brand new was the carpet. Apartment wasn’t cleaned, I had to do it. Needed another refrigerator they bring a dirty one from another vacant apartment that has dents in it, again, I had to clean it. Over all not worth it. So happy I found a brand new home and am completely out of there.

Beautiful apartments. These apartments are very nice and the multiple pools, laundry rooms and park are always clean. Quiet and safe environment, no issues with neighbors. Office and maintenance management is always on point and ready to help. Would definetly recommend living here!
