We are so grateful that we used Cameron & Nicole! We had an amazing experience selling our home in Oakland with the both of us.
We listed our property in September of 2023, Nicole took the reins and set up all of the project management which was so helpful and made the entire process go smoothly.
Despite the interest rates increasing we were able to get an offer and get the ball rolling for sale.
This is where the story gets interesting. The same day we were due to close, our building had a pipe burst and our condo flooded! Talk about freak accident & terrible timing!
Cameron and Nicole really stepped up and helped us navigate this mid sell fluke! Again, I am so grateful we had them as they took control of the situation and made sure everything still wrapped up in a clean way and professional way.
