Nice quite place. Friendly neighbors. Food and shops nearby, some within walking distance. Children and pets are sometimes seen but never heard. Everyone is at work or school or friends house so neighborhood may resemble a ghost town most afternoons but that is part of it's wonderful charm... Enjoy the silence 😍.
Some of the best neighbors ever! Apartments are a decent size. 3bdrm can fit 2-3 adults,1chld and 1 puppy dog fairly easy. Walls are thin however (or maybe it's lack of insulation in walls? Did not build so very unsure about insulation) so everyone will know everyone's business, even some of the neighbors. And you will be using a/c and heater during appropriate seasons or purchasing fans and room heaters during said seasons. It's hands down 90% better than being a Vagabond or drifter or just plain homeless!

After my mom passed away unexpectedly my dad became a resident there for almost a year and I believe it was a safe place for him to live independently and meet other seniors. He enjoyed living there and it was a good fit for him.

Would never recommend. For senior living, this place is a trap. Unless, you plan to stay in your apt 24/7. There are many places that a senior living apt fails. Stay away.
