Very pleased with the Campbell Plaza Apartments. The apartments are spacious, well-kept, and conveniently located. It’s a great community for families due to the close proximity of the the park and shops. Lindsey, the community property manager, has been incredibly helpful and responsive with any concerns. Communication is always clear and she’s quick to address problems. Her professionalism and genuine care for residents make living here a great experience. Definitely one of the best apartment management teams I’ve dealt with.

I have lived in the Campbell Plaza for 2 months now and I LOVE it! I was searching for quite awhile and had a wish list in mind. The Campbell apartments here had what I was looking for and the management team were so kind and helpful. This little slice of heaven became home! My neighbors are so kind everyone is so friendly. I love the landscape, the palm trees, easy convenient laundry mat onsite, a gym and pool. It's a great location right next to Safeway, restaurants and movie theater. So close to my work. I couldn't be happier. I'm grateful!

My boyfriend and I was here for a year and had a great experience. Management is absolutely amazing and very attentive! We are going to miss living here. One downside: the squirrels here are Crazy; If you have a high prey dog like mine, your dogs go insane with the squirrels. They’re not afraid of anything. The only other downside is that there’s been an increase in homeless people in the area. Of course, management has no control over this. We will miss living in Campbell Plaza and Apartments dearly! Thank you to management for a great experience!

I absolutely love living at Campbell Plaza Apartments! This place feels like a little oasis, or as if you're on vacation somewhere, thanks to its gated community and the amazing amenities within walking distance.

The manager, Lindsey, is truly exceptional. She constantly strives to improve the community and genuinely listens to all our requests. Under her management, we've seen numerous upgrades, including a refurbished parking lot, clubhouse, laundry room, gym, and even a new pool table. The beautiful pool and spa are perfect for relaxing, and the state-of-the-art fitness center is great for staying fit.

One of the highlights was a recent summer get-together that Lindsey organized for all the residents. She brought in an incredible authentic Mexican catering service, and it was a fantastic opportunity for everyone to mingle and enjoy great food. The list of events she has planned for both adults and kids makes my family even more eager to renew our lease.

The location of Campbell Plaza Apartments is incredibly convenient. It’s within walking distance to many shops, cafes, and grocery stores. The downtown Campbell area is nearby, offering a variety of dining and entertainment options. Schools in the area, such as Westmont High School and Campbell School of Innovation, are highly rated, making it a great place for families.

Campbell Plaza Apartments is more than just a place to live; it’s a vibrant and welcoming community. Highly recommended!

This place is fantastic for my kids; they've formed amazing friendships and always have someone to hang out with. The community is incredibly supportive, always looking out for one another. The location is unbeatable, with Safeway and the VTA just steps away. We're also within walking distance of downtown Campbell, where we love attending the Sunday farmers markets. Plus, John D. Morgan Park is right down the street. The management team is exceptionally responsive to our needs. You won't find a better place for the price!
