Went to see a property for rent they didn't have an application for me to submit was told I would get a email for the application never received one and then the called was told the the manager would call me but they were waiting for the owner I don't know for what fast forward never got an application and now looking at the reviews good thing I didn't worst property Management I hope owners look at the reviews for this company and decide to go a different route

This is the worst property management company I have ever dealt with. They are extremely unprofessional and incompetent. We had a sewer line burst in our apartment due to poor facilities, they admitted fault, and they did nothing about it. We demanded a test for mold. They did nothing. Our wood floors were warpt and the apartment stunk! We tried to deal with Alice and Jonathan, the "managers" but they have no sense of customer service, follow up, or consideration of any of their customers. Never returned phone calls, always late for meetings. Because of the lack of service we had no choice but to move out. Be prepared to lose your security deposit regardless of how clean or well kept your place is. They made up a phony invoice from a worker to try and justify painting costs we should not have been responsible for. Money hungry company that refuses to fix or repair anything. Do not live at the Silver Fern apartments in Arcadia,or anywhere else managed by this horrible company.

Worst people in terms of customer service i ever came across . they gave us bad unit from the day one , showers are broken , Ac doesn't work , and the unit was not clean when they promised us for giving us in good condition and moreover they refuse to give service and blame on tenant that it is tenant responsibility to check everything and move in.
They refuse to give deposit and rent reimbursement and that too on a day 1. after we paid them. So it is super frustrating as a tenant to live like this.
I paid rent and deposit prior and they are saying to pay 1 year full rent to cancel the lease or forget about deposit. This is not right way to do it,
and there are other things in apartment kind of broken but she is unwilling to fix it
Does so one know a good lawyer that can help me with this situation ?

Worst place. Place bad dryer and washer at apt waiting for cost your deposit and refuse to repair them.

Also I wanna continue to rent the apt, at first they said they could, then they said the owner wanna get it back. When I left the Apt, I found out the new renters living in there. Too much lies and Delay service, the Apt air conditioning and window glass they used 1 year to repair and no result even when we left. They charge us 1000 dollars ! We even call the clean company to do the job.

Note to Property Owners: Do not contract them for your property I am adamant in giving one star, but i am doing it just to post this review. Going trough an eviction with this company. Property Management Staff Ingrid very unprofessional, She lied ehen she served me with the UD. Pressuring manager to go into my place to take picturesa couple days before court, Showed up late, trying to play mind games with me that they didn’t know the court date. and lawyer on there behalf unprofessional as well. Not allowing me to express my self. Keep in mind that we were under oath. Couldn’t keep their facts consistent, Dont be afraid of them. Tenants you pay rent and you are entitled to get things fixed. Property Owners: Dont loose money by hiring them when they dont take the proper procedures

SLA

This is not a real property management company. The only thing they handle efficiently is taking your money. Customer service is non existent.
Requests for repairs go unanswered unless you file a complaint with the state of California. They nickel and dime you and charge things like utility bills against your rent deposit which is illegal.
If you see a property for rent from them.... Pass. Don't rent from them no matter how great of a deal it seems. You'll regret it.

This management company is one of the worst I've ever seen, first off I am a tenant on one of their properties they just took over and during the whole two months they have been managing this complex it's been "hell" the on-site manager don't know how to manage a complex this size. She makes issues a lot bigger when she gets involve plus business hours should be till 9pm so why would she be calling and knocking on people's doors st 945pm. Since the on-site manager has been on duty I've seen 5 family's leave due to her drama and harassment. Now I know why Candet properties have a one star first because we can't give them a zero but second because they don't train their staff right. Plus let me also end by saying don't let these people in your property with out you being home they will steel from you like they stole my diamond ring.
