I lived at the Canfield Park apartments for a little over two years and thoroughly enjoyed my time as a part of the community.

The amenity spaces were plentiful and all the public spaces were always very neat and clean. Even the mail and package rooms were nicely organized compared to many other complexes I've seen!

The staff was also fantastic to work with as they truly seemed to care about working with you to resolve any maintenance or general inquiries you may have. They are also always putting together community events to help you meet the other tenants in the building a little easier.

I recently left Canfield Park as I had to move for work but even the move out process was made very easy and efficient. I would recommend checking out these apartments if you're looking for something in the area!

Took a tour around this past weekend bc I’m currently looking before my old lease is up . Beautiful place in the wrong location . Definite dog friendly, which is evident by the dog odor as soon as you walk in. Then when to speak to the leasing department, and boy where they RUDE !! No one knew what was goin , and then came Patrick . As soon as the first word came out of his mouth I immediately knew this place wasn’t going to be a good fit . It was almost as if I was bothering him . He’s rude and definitely shouldn’t be interacting with potential new tenants . So thank you Patrick for making my decision easy ! I don’t recommend wasting your time going to see this dog park . Oh and the parking is a complete disaster !

The fire alarms goes off every other week causing an entire building evacuation - yes, 100% evacuation on a routine basis. I have lived here for nearly a year and this has persisted the entire time.

I would not recommend this building to anyone until this is resolved.

I had the pleasure of residing in this fantastic apartment complex for a year, and I can’t express enough how satisfied I was with the overall experience. Since the day I moved about a year and a half ago, I have had nothing but a pleasant experience living at Canfield apartments. Lauren, irina and Anthony in the leasing office are so very helpful and are always there when i need something! Maintenance is extraordinary and so helpful whatever needs to be done!!! So glad I live here and plan on staying awhile!!!!!

Love living at Canfield Park. Great price for the location, more amenities than I know what to do with, and a safe building. Super helpful and friendly staff. Anthony and Irina were super great during the move in process and day to day questions. Highly recommend.

I had the most pleasant experience with both Irina and Anthony when leasing my apartment last month. After looking at other properties, in the area, I am so glad I decided on Canfield Park. Irina and Anthony were not only helpful, insightful and so pleasant to work with, it made my transition an easy one. They both are a tremendous asset to Canfield Park.

Cheap materials appliances that break very quickly ( almost on purpose), horrid response by maintenance, doesn't matter what apartment you get, it won't hold heat it's naturally drafty for some reason. Not to mention more than half the time the second hand store LG units for climate control rarely work, not to mention how everything is controlled by your phone using an signal that can easily be replicated to open your door or others doors, another little fun fact the elevators are not safe at all. You'd be better off living in a cardboard box. At least that thing actually works as advertised
