My wife and I have been very impressed with how responsive Canyon Club is. Whenever we submit maintenance requests, they are always handled within 24 hours. Whenever they say they are upgrading an amenity or a common area, they always do it. The staff are always very kind and pleasant to speak to. The apartments themselves are a little old, but they are taking measures to upgrade those too. Very pleased with my experience here.

We are in the process of moving in. right away when we first contacted them we felt welcomed and at home. Noel listened to what my husband and I wanted and made it happened. Super dog friendly one of our dogs is getting older and can't go up stairs without causing him so much pain. Noel found us an amazing corner downstairs apartment,. the location is perfect not in the heart of Oceanside but close enough that we can walk or bike to the beach as a family or kids with friends. schools are close where the kids can walk or bus there. The staff that we have met or talked to over the phone have always been helpful and they have a promo response time. I'm looking forward to moving in and start the next chapter of our lives. Thanks Canyon Club Apartments, you guys are so amazing

Horrible experience. We lived here for about 2 1/2 years and recently moved out. Let's start with the front office. Lana is great and seems like the only one who seems to care or at least that's what management pushes her to do. Let's move over to Ana who is the manager. She's good at talking but not so good at taking any actions. They had a vendor come out and drain stuff out of the apartment above us and he ruined my newly bought furniture covers. I spoke with Ana on the phone and just like I mentioned above she said she was sorry (blah blah) and mentioned that they had sent a letter warning residents about the work they would be performing. These people clearly messed up my furniture covers on purpose (see attached video). No precautions or preventions were taken by the vendor or management. Fast forward, she got in touch with the vendor and he offered to "give us a gift card" for what they did. It's been 2 months and never received anything, I've kept emailing Ana and she no longer responds anymore. Horrible Manager. I complained so many times about the neighbor's dog and it took them a while to do anything about it. Homeless people and drug addicts sleep and hang out in the laundry rooms which makes it very unsafe. As for parking, tenants park in handicap spots and no one says anything to them. I saw the tow truck drive around 2am many times driving past illegally parked cars (see attached photo). Canyon hired such a lazy company to do their job. They leave notes at your front door reminding you to pickup your dogs poop when we don't even have a pet. Why do they target tenants that aren't breaking the rules when they have a list of tenants who have pets? Pretty annoying! I suggest reconsidering moving here. 0 stars!

Everyone was incredibly helpful with my move in. I'm in the military and do not always have a lot of time to myself. They stayed back for me to sign documents after they closed. Noel came with me and showed me my apartment and the facilities because I did not have a chance to look at the apartment before moving in. I am very pleased with the place and am happy with where it is located. A great place to live.

I lived in Canyon Club for about four years now. Since, its been under new management things are changing for the better. Canyon Club has great office staff and maintenance. Kearstin is just amazing, she is hardworking. If she doesn’t know the answer, she will find it out. The office staff is always so friendly and helpful. I really love the new improvements to the property. Alize is also very helpful with new updates.
