Terrible experience! First off, these people only are contractors for the USPS, they are not emlployees of any company that they offer services for…….terrible customer service from the White Haired lady with glasses. Could not answer any questions about why my letter was not delivered to the Town Center, got upset when I asked her if we needed to call the Postmaster for Menifee she got very defensive and angry, tossed mail on counter.

I went in to send out some priority mail and when I arrived I was greeted instantly by the cashier. They were very polite and answering my questions ringing me up along with wishing me a good day.

Extremely poor customer service. I have frequented this location on multiple occasions. I can only describe the service as intentionally rude by the woman with the red hair and the woman with the white hair. If you are having a bad day, take a break, go home, or just don't come to work. I will never step foot in this location ever again. Their poor service resulted in me now printing all my postage at home, which actually saves me money too.

Sends you to the wrong pick up location "all the time" apparently. Love spending my lunch hour driving to the wrong place because the drivers give out the wrong notice slips.
