Worst security won’t let Amazon flex drivers deliver their packages to the community and won’t say he’s name to report him

This place takes 0 responsibility for things that occur within their property. Driving by their golf course and your car gets hit and they will Put it on you and say they don’t pay out. Even if you have the golf ball that hit your car. Worthless company and association.

Place is run by lawyers. The bylaws allow for an automatic 10% increase in dues if they max out their legal budget. They've been matching maxing out every year for decades. The only way they can max out their legal budget is to sue anyone and everyone for frivial cases. If you want to live under a dictatorship, you'll love Canyon Lake. For me! It's a pit.

The manager for the HOA really took what I was telling her to a place farther than customer service. This manager truly cared, which lately, people I have been coming across rather make you feel negative than positive. Kim the HOA Manager , I believe her name was Kim. she's awas ,is truly a kind person. And helped me along the way. Thank You so much.
I still have not had that next Garage Sale because of the weather. Hoping and praying next weekend.

Blessings always to you and your family

These people make this the most unbearable place to live in America. They set up speed traps around downhill streets just to catch their residents and their guests and gain money that they don’t use to better the community. If they used it to stop their roads from flooding or to actually catch theives that must live in the community it might be worth it but instead you’re stuck with rent a cops that get a power trip and won’t let you into a community you live in while being on a list and a poa that will let people sell houses that fall apart to people

We have been trying to book one of the venues for a wedding because my son has lived there for several years and it seems to be a beautiful place to rent. Unfortunately we have had to deal with Miss. Flores who is one of the rudest people we have ever met. Never clearly answers questions and is always vague. It's like pulling teeth to get any answers. Also, left a message for her boss with no response. It's a shame and I would not recommend using Canyon Lake facilities. I would give this a zero if it was possible.

Be prepared to pay a hefty fine for any guests or delivery drivers you issue a pass to and get a speeding ticket. $500 surprise for me in the mail and this isn’t the first time this has happened. Unfortunately I can’t always drive to meet these drivers outside of the gates. Since we can’t afford these surprise fines after the financial burden from over five years of my son fighting cancer twice, we are selling and moving out of canyon lake. What we thought was paradise and our forever home turned out to be a poa nightmare and financially draining.

I am a Grub hub driver, and I have been delivering food to Canyon Lake many times and yes even make numerous food delivery to the security office. On 8/1/2020 at 6:37 pm the security gate person name Patrick Potts was extremely difficult; he did not let me through and refused to look at my Grub Hub delivery order and refuse to call and contact the resident and say that it is my job to call. NO!!! it is his JOB. He made me turn around twice and finally let me through at 7:13 pm ( 35 minutes !). Oh, he let another Domino delivery guy through without a fuss. Not only that, he entered something which in my opinion racially offensive in nature on the guest card. Seriously !? You guys need to fire this guy.
