I drove all the way from LA to visit the bowling alley and apparently all lanes were reserved and closed. There was nothing that said it would be closed today. Very unhappy.

Nallely gave the worst customer service I have EVER experienced. She refused to accommodate any requests and at one point put her hand up in my face 🤚 and walked away. Ignoring my requests. She then proceeded to call security on me and my group. A security guard and police officer ended up coming and questioning my group. I was absolutely mortified at the way that I was treated. The only reason they’re getting 2 stars is because the security guard apologized for the service we received. Highly recommend going anywhere else. We tried to ask for a refund to go elsewhere and she told us “no” and said we are welcome to go somewhere else. *they will not give refunds we hadn’t even started bowling. Such a disappointing experience and a waste of money.

Best prices in town to go bowling went to the resort and decided to take the family prices on everything so reasonable great atmosphere good bowling had a lovely time they even give you a shuttle ride from the resort to the bowling alley and back when requested

It was pretty good, but honestly I expected a much better experience. My local Bowlero is better and it doesn't have casino caliber funding. The first thing that threw me off was no signs of a bowling alley upon entry into the building. Looks like that's the main event from the outside. Once you're inside though, it's clear the bowling alley wasn't priority #1. Still had a good time though, just not as good as I expected.

Bowling was soooo fun,The place has amazing food also and a nice bar dippin dots. Arcade and slots my only regrets were not taking a picture of food and also not holding on tighter to the full of food pizza box from car to front door my leftovers to the wind gods they go .

Nice set up of lanes and easy to use controls.

Most of the 2 stars is for service.

We arrive about 60 minutes before close. (Enough time for 4 of us to get in a quick game.)

Staff said that they are going to close in 45 but we could play until close.

Sure...

Well yes 45 minutes in and the lane turned off. Not a problem. 2 frames left but we understand.

As we start closing up we notice NO ONE ELSE is stopping.

The 2 people in the next lane START a new game.

I'm ok with you closing but if you stop us ( and take our money for the full time) stop everyone.

We were there for another 30 minutes. No announcement about closing and no slow down of others playing.

Horrible experience.

If ever you're visiting morongo casino. Right next door is this bowling alley. It's pretty big it looks a little old ,but we had fun. We happen to come on Father's day so it was nice.
