Thanks so much!The staffs are very friendly. They worked very carefully and quickly fixed the short circuit for me.
They helped me check the sewer leak problem and solved it very reasonably.
After the inspection was completed, the manager Hugo came to my house to confirm with me whether all the equipment had been repaired.
I am very grateful for their help, they are really positive and hardworking, very friendly and kind to us, making me feel at home.

Hugo was the biggest help ever! I noticed that my garage door wasn’t closing and Hugo happened to walk by. I asked him if he knew what could be wrong and he told me to put in a work order while he grabbed his tools so he can fix it right away. Within 10 minutes, my garage door was fixed and Hugo was able to tell me exactly what the problem was. I haven’t been able to interact with the rest of the property staff but I hope they are all as kind and efficient as Hugo was today!

I have lived part-time at Canyon Oaks at Windemere Apartments for almost 3 years and have been completely satisfied with the ongoing maintenance and responsiveness of the staff members. PRO: I really appreciated the maintenance team a lot. They were also so nice and quick with the little things I requested. The gym area and clubhouse bathrooms were always very clean, although there was never any soap for the women's any time I went.

CON: You can tell they paid for the cheapest contracting work to be done. The new paint job that I moved into was subpar, the carpet that was redone was also not done properly. I had filed about 8 complaints about my upstairs neighbors stomping around and being super loud after hours, to which I got no resolution for my grievances.

Once I moved out at the end of July, they send a final statement saying that I had to pay almost $1,800 for new carpet, paint, and vanity resurfacing within the next two weeks. I only lived there a year and kept my unit extremely clean, I was only expecting to see a deep cleaning charge but they also said I didn't pay for my utilities for two months. Which is confusing since the utilities gets added to the rent payment online and I always just pay off the full balance. They basically are trying to charge me for renovating the apartment. They said after reviewing the account, they took off some charged but that they are still charging me around $700 for the utilities and other valid damages. I had emailed them a request of the "valid damages" that they say were present after I moved. I got no response and just instructions to the portal to make a revised payment of $700.

I don't like this way of their billing procedure, it's extremely shady and dishonest. I had cameras in my apartment, and when Hugo entered to inspect, it was a less than two minutes to him to scan the place and leave. It wasn't a thorough look, and it seemed like management expected me to pay hundreds of dollars to essential renovate the apartment myself to keep that "luxury feel" when everything was subpar in the first place (vintage appliances, fake wood cabinets, and laminate countertops).

Although, no one has still reached out to me after emailing twice in the last two weeks. I am NOT paying my final fee and expect my deposit minus the deep clean.

The team at canyon Oaks is amazing, they are nice, kind and quick at solving problems with the best actitud… I’m pleased with living her for over 5 years and I never had any issues or problems with them. I feel comfortable and safe to tell them any concerns, or questions. Congratulations for having such a great team !!!. To Manuel, Mike and Hugo…. It wouldn’t be the same without you guys!

Hugo Gomez is the maintenance worker at my apartment complex and he is the absolute best! He is always so efficient and kind. He has your back when you ask for his assistance and never makes you feel like you’re bothering him. If Hugo’s boss is reading this I think he deserves a raise

In all my years as a resident I have had a different experience other than the ones I have read here on google regarding Canyon Oaks. So, I wanted to share that I actually I’ve had the pleasure of working with Hugo our maintenance tech at Canyon Oaks, and I have to say that I was thoroughly impressed with his professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail. From start to finish, the entire maintenance process is seamless and hassle-free. I request repair or any issues using app (Rentcafe), usually within 24-48 hours depending on request they complete my work order. In my experience, Hugo always provided high-quality service. He was prompt and courteous, and he did an excellent job of explaining what the solutions were as they related to my work order. He really would go above and beyond to ensure that all my work orders were completed. I was always completely satisfied with the end result. If you see Hugo around property, say hello, he is friendly and willing to help. Thanks again Hugo for all your outstanding work!
