All kinds of noises that sound like they are coming from inside my apartment or on my patio. Especially annoying is a huge thump on my door like somebody threw something heavy but there is no one there and nothing outside. Noises must be transmitted from apt upstairs or next door.

This place is nicely wooded, the balconies are huge, and you feel like your outside Flagstaff without being outside of it. The interior is not update, but it all works and is clean. There are a ton of built-ins for storage everywhere. There is no air conditioning which we thought at first wasn't great, but we really haven't felt the need. We love this place!

I have been living here for the past 2 year, and as a student, this is the best housing you can get. Looking at all the other apartment options in the area, you may be getting better quality, more up to date apartments, but you will have to sell a kidney to afford their rent. Canyon Springs is by far the best value for your experience. It is expensive compared to other cities, but for Flagstaff, it's a great deal.

The maintenance staff is wonderful and on top of work orders, there have not been any overhead charges that I know of, and parking is always available. There are no crazy guest passes you need to park, and the office staff is very kind.

The location is unbeatable. You are within a 2 minute drive of two grocery stores, and are pretty central to all the necessities. I think the rough patch that new management hit has been smoothed over, and, while their initial new leasing terms seemed outrageous, they do not enforce ridiculous rules.

Overall, I am grateful for my apartment at Canyon Springs, and it has saved me a lot of money during my years in Flagstaff!
