I really enjoy living here at Capistrano Park. It's close to parks, shopping and hwy 99. Robert and the the staff are courteous and professional. Very good people all around. Any issues I've had have been addressed immediately. I'm truly impressed with the expeditious manner in which they take care things here. They really are good at what they do here. Thank you to the staff that makes this such a nice place to live.

Started renting from them about 5 years ago. At first it was just me and they got me a very affordable 1 br. When my son was born, they helped me get a duplex until I was able to move out. Once I moved, they were very quick to get someone into the residence so I was able to get out of my lease without the responsibility of paying the remainder of it. Robert and his staff are down to earth, helpful professionals. I'd highly recommend giving them a chance!

It seems to be a nice place to rent, but unfortunately i been trying to rent since last year and every time I go to the office the lady will say there is none available. I am not sure if its because of my appearance or that there’s nobody moving out. I am having my first baby on October and i am still looking for a place to rent. The place where I live has no A/C and conditions are not appropriate for a newborn…

My family and I are so blessed to be living in such a wonderful place. The property management team is the best. We are first time renters and moving in 3yrs ago was super easy and they were very friendly! I’m so thankful that during all these crazy times in 2020 the entire team at Capistrano Park have been nothing but a blessing.

Just last week I came home to my hot water heater leaking from one of the pipes. It was around 5:45. I called the emergency maintenance number and with-in 30 mins the Repair man was at my house and the problem Was solved.

So if you are a young family looking for a new place to call home and a fresh start in a beautiful area. Give them a call. (You know cause their office is unfortunately closed right now due to COVID-19)

This place and neighborhood is GHETTO. I was quoted a price of $1,005 for a two-bedroom, but when I stopped in to the "leasing office" it's just a duplex set up as an office. I had hoped it would be a diamond in the rough, but...No. And please do not go off of the pictures on the website. It is 100% false advertising. Save yourself the trip unless you're already in the area. I came from the Manteca area all the way up to visit this place and could have saved myself a whole lot of time effort and energy. They must be soliciting their friends and family to bump this place up to four stars. Shameful.

The service was OK and the food was not cooked properly. And the servers were missing for a quiet bit of time. Hopefully if I've ever go back it'll be a different experience but for now would not recommend.
