I've lived at a CMA property for 3 years. I've had very few issues and the ones I had got solved very quickly ( for example a fuse blew in my apartment that went to my oven and they had someone over super fast. Like the same day.) If you need a place to rent I would call them and say what you are looking for. They have always been kind and realistic.

I have rented from and I am also currently a vendor with this company. The office staff are wonderful and always eager to help. The maintenance team is top notch and is always great about taking care of work orders and any tenant concerns.
Please call their office to find out about the apartments and homes they currently have available for rent.

CMA does not reliably clean or landscape the outside or inside of Valhalla Court. I have to email and call them on a regular basis to have bird feces cleaned. This is an ongoing issue. I initially brought this issue up in July of 2024, as of February 2025 nothing has changed.

Mainly writing this review because of the way I was spoke to by management. I have honestly never been talked to so poorly and been disrespected in such a way. I did have some issues while living at my apartment and they were flexible in that regard at times but I do not think it’s okay to be disrespectful towards people that have rented from you. When receiving my move out papers I was shocked to see not only did they take ALL off the “refundable” deposit but they actually charged me more when there were NO significant damages whatsoever. Spent hours cleaning before leaving this place in hopes that I would get maybe something back but not expecting them to go and charge me more. Shampooed the carpet and after was told by management that my whole apartment smelt like pee which is just so beyond false and madly disrespectful, unprofessional, I could go on. So due to this apparent “smell” they charged a carpet cleaning fee from my deposit of $460….Again I understand cleaning fees and such but this is ridiculous. I have had 2 rooms of carpet professionally shampooed for $170 so this price was the most shocking and what I specifically was seeking clarification on and wanted to get some proof of the costs of this on their end. The apartments themselves are old and already have a unique not most pleasant smell to them upon move in. Honestly wish I could have recorded my conversation with the manager because it was shocking. She told me and my boyfriend we were rude when we were so calm and I told her I was seeking clarification. She told me she didn’t care and that she didn’t have an interest in talking to me or dealing with the situation/disputing the extra charges and then actually hung up on me. Could barely get a word in. I understand people need their money but wow was I shocked. One of the rudest people I’ve EVER talked to.

I will take a moment to say a couple of the people at this organization I’ve had to talk to have been kind especially Julie. I hope the manager doesn’t talk to the employees like she did me. She made me very upset. She could have most definitely spoke to me at least with respect and kindness. She threatened at one point “I could have charged you for this, this, this….” And said even said something about the move out notice I gave them when I was told 4 different times the day I needed to tell them by but I wasn’t able to clarify why she said that because she kept going from there not letting me speak.

I really just cut my losses after being belittled and disrespected on the phone in hopes I never have to talk to that lady again.

If I could give zero stars I would. One of the units in my building was discovered to have bed bugs. The infestation was not contained and my unit ended up with bed bugs too. The management did not notify me that bed bugs were in the building. They also did not notify the other tenents in the building, even after I reported the infestation in my unit.

This place is a joke. Maintenance is terrible and almost never fix anything in a timely manner. There is one guy who is great and was literally the only person to even try to help but I always had to get lucky and catch him in the building. Not a single maintenance request or left a message about were ever addressed. They let the mail get stolen. They let people park random obviously stolen vehicles inside and around the buildings. And the studio is the size of a crappy live in motel. Do yourself a favor and just don’t.

This building has been falling apart from the moment I moved in & I told them about a crack in my ceiling 2 months before it caved in, which they could have avoided had they fixed it. Once they did finally come to “fix it”, not only are they not paying for my stay elsewhere it’s taking nearly a week to do so. They took me asking if I need to take legal action as an attack on them personally lol like if you did your jobs well I wouldn’t have mentioned it & gave several options otherwise.

Update it took them nearly 2 months to complete the fix to my ceiling. They literally left the job half finished for well over a month

Rented from this management and whenever I had a problem or question they always helped me through it. Julie was there for me from moving in all the way until I moved out. She was absolutely wonderful and gave excellent service. She is the biggest reason I give 5 stars!!
