I spent just about 2 months searching for a new home when finally being connect with Capital Real Estate Ventures. I cannot tell you enough just how incredible the team was prior to move in, during, and post! Nico was my main contact while applying and viewing the property. I was in a pinch to move within a couple of days, and he and his team worked after hours to make sure it happened. We all know that moving can be incredibly stressful, and Nico was able to alleviate some stress by communicating clearly, timely, and overall just by being so kind and pleasant! My apartment was so clean - it honestly made my heart so happy knowing the property had been well taken care of. I had just a couple of small maintenance requests upon moving in, and was quite surprised to see them completed the same day. Requesting maintenance was so simple - I downloaded a mobile app and completed them within seconds! The mobile app is very user intuitive, and honestly such a breeze to use. Not to mention, I was also able to meet Gary, who completes the maintenance of the work orders, while moving items in and out. He was so kind! All around - 5 stars! I wish I could give more if I was able. THANK YOU Nico, Gary, and team!

"I had a disappointing experience with a real estate agent who have his name and phone number on the window of a shop for lease in poway old village his name justin .Despite reaching out about the shop, I consistently felt disrespected and unheard during our interactions.
