The restoration after it partially collapsed is well done. It’s dog friendly, unlike Santa Cruz wharf. There’s a fancy robo public restroom and a bait/tackle/gift shop.

Great views of Capitola beach and the Venetian condos. Today there were lots of seals around diving for something tasty.

Awesome place to check out. There’s so many cute little shops near the wharf to check out. Many dog friendly shops/dinning areas. Parking was a little hassle to find but other than that it’s always fun coming here.

The Capitola Wharf is the same as most of the piers in California. The wharf attracted tourists and people who loved fishing. It has hundreds of birds, and they painted the decks white. I don’t know how often the wharf workers are cleaning the decks. Lol

I would have rated Capitola Wharf three stars if not for the high-tech restrooms at the entrance.

Amazing wharf with great view; even a little store in the middle where you can buy bait and drinks. Also, check out the boat rental.

4/25/24 Wharf is closed for repairs. It appears as if both buildings are still destroyed that were there before. Homeless people living around the pier. 5 months after the damage and little progress seems to have been made.

California needs to step it up!

Fishing boat rentals 190$ for the day. Bring your own boat and they will lower it in the bay for you. Bait and tackle until 6pm plenty of benches for fishing
Food in walking distance and the ice cream shop has awesome ice cream

It is a nice small town. Many people came here to swim, fishing. The parking system near the wharf is a nightmare !!! $2 an hour, most of the parking meters do not work. So you can not use it to pay. It suggests you to download an app to pay parking. Then it charges you $2.40 an hour. It is only road side parking on the cliff road, why should anyone pay fee parking on the side of the road
