It has been a dream of ours ever since we were first married to live in a cabin in the mountains! Capstone Home brought this dream into reality for us. We’ve been in our home two months now and have been very impressed with the workmanship and quality materials used in constructing this beautiful mountain home! There were a few items that needed to be completed after closing on the home, and that’s where Paul, the warranty manager with Capstone, came into our life. Paul has been fabulous! He has made sure
that the cabin details were all completed in a timely matter! His communication has been wonderful and returned all requests in a very timely manner! We love our cabin!!

When i bought my home, I bought it from the original owner. It had quite a few issues with it but Martin from Capstone Homes was able to help me with my problems. When there was just patch work needed, he went beyond to make my whole wall look nice. I would definitely recommend Martin to anyone with their warranty needs.

Throughout the purchase process, David A.(Sales) was easy to deal with and we had good communications. We closed on our home in October slightly ahead of schedule. We were concerned about several things inside/outside that were not completed. During the final walk thru, Paul H did a thorough job of documenting all of our concerns and following up. Gradually, all the promised items were taken care of except some minor things in the front landscaping. Overall, we are pleased with the home, Paul H and David A our salesman.

We moved into our new home almost a month ago and knew there were still a few backordered items that would happen after moving in. Daniel did a nice job presenting the home to us at closing and made us feel welcome and Daniel and Ciaran have been exceptional at follow up and scheduling with us. They communicate with both me and my partner providing weekly updates on what should be coming up, scheduling on our behalf with the trade, checking in with us the day of and and even after to ensure the work was done. I am beyond pleased with the level of service we received during the process but especially AFTER closing and very much appreciate both of these gentlemen's communication and care.

When I bought my home in Belmont AZ, I was having some concerns about quite a few things that were not being fixed. After I called and spoke with someone, I met an employee by the name of Keo who helped take care of my warranty tickets and eased my wife's and myself mind. Capstone Homes seems to have an excellent warranty team that worked to take care of us to satisfaction.

My husband and I are thrilled with our customized Capstone Home. We were guided from start to finish by Capstone's professional staff. Jana Robles went beyond helping us with the so many choices one has on building a new home. After my indecision in choosing paint colors, she personally went to the paint store and created exactly what we wanted! After our home was completed John Holliday walked through and helped us finalize our punch list. He has gone way beyond, more than words can say, to alleviate any loose ends. After 3 years in our home he would not let us go unsatisfied with a scratch on our kitchen cabinet.
