I would give zero stars if available . This company is a joke. They are in business of harassing residents about parking without even communicating parking rules upfront. They go around and make up charges to see if anyone will pay it. There is no difference between scammers and Cardinal PM. The only difference is that scammers are prosecuted and this company gets away with it. How is that possible.

Great HOA management team! Always easy to reach by phone and email and fast response. Take good care of the home owner especially when selling a home, the escrow service is the best! Got the HOA docs on time and good communication to solve problems including but not limited to violations close. Would like to express a special thanks to Noel Krips who is on top of everything!

Our property manager, Lisa from Cardinal Property Management is professional, hard working, friendly, and most of all very accommodating. We have been working together on re-certifying our court reservation user accounts and setting up new tennis/pickleball court rules. She works extra hours, including weekends, to facilitate our needs. We are blessed to have her in our team.

Jozalie Gamayon is an assistant community manager at Cardinal and was a tremendous help to an issue we were having with updating our architectural applications for the online portal. Often this can take weeks of red tape - but we were able to solve the issue within minutes - thanks to Jozalie. Jozalie went above and beyond the call of duty to reach out to a homeowner to explain our situation and moved the process along very quickly so the application is submitted in timely fashion, and approvals can be made so the homeowner does not have to wait as would often be the case.

Horrible management. Shy away from any issue that requires work. Residents have no say that matters. Afraid to face certain issues like controlling animals and smoking. Always want to compare to other properties they manage. I resigned from the board because of that. Will not replace roofing company because they are cheaper in price, but their work is horrible. We continue to have leaks, etc. We need a different representative.

They manage the HOA for our investment property. Literally their only job is the keep the gate working. We put in a work order to add our name to the gate in January. It's April and still not resolved. Unbelievable incompetence.
