William was a fantastic real estate agent. He helped us sell our Carmel villa for the highest price possible by first recommending important improvements to the property, including having us reimagine our greenhouse and adding a wine cellar. Second, he followed through with a highly effective marketing campaign that included one of the best photographed and edited home videos I've ever seen. Additionally, he brilliantly highlighted a favorable appraisal price for the house, thus framing the asking price for the villa as a bargain. Thirdly, he was always attentive and accommodating to his client's suggestions and inquiries. William is first-rate.

Tamara Hadley of this firm is an incredibly intelligent, strategic, proactive, and mindful real estate agent and ally. I highly recommended her for anyone who values excellence in real estate.
