I have lived here since July of 2017 and it has been an amazing expirence compared to my last Residency. Management and office employees are professional and courteous, maintenance is always on top of inquires, they often respond same day. The neighbors are quiet and polite, and the complex is located in a great location with stores, banks, schools and everything near by. I would defitnley reccomend this location if it’s for your first apartment 🙂

Their lack of parking enforcement and rudeness to guests astounds me. Until recently they were very verbal but nothing came out of it and now ANY AND ALL GUESTS WILL BE TOWED AT ALL TIMES OF THE DAY! If you feel lucky parking in the Starbucks parking lot next door be my guest but you people just got sick of the complaints from everyone cause your tenants abused their parking privileges and now no guests at all, can’t even have family over anymore, everyone loses.

The manager is extremely rude and unprofessional. The review on here that is positive is more than likely written by her. She has no passion for her tenants at all. Any problems you have her first response is immediately to tell you to move out. She doesnt care about anyone living here. I dont trust any of the staff. They lie and charge you fees that you shouldnt be charged for. Cant wait to move out of this place.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE! The manager and the owners daughter are rude, they lie, steal, and dont care about you as a tenant. My heat went out on Dec 27th I was very sick at this time. The "part" ut needed for my central heat and air was going to take a month to get. It was getting down to 30 degrees at night. After about 2 weeks of no heat I asked for half of my months rent back so my daughter and I could go stay in a hotel. The manager told me " no, no compensation shall be given".. so they tried to offer us a vacant unit that had heat and she informed me "that she was I. Compliance as long as she offered me that". As I mentioned I was very sick and for the last few years kept getting sick with upper respiratory infections , laryngitis etc. Well it took the heat going out but low and behold ALL THE MOLD THAT WAS LYRKING RIGHT BEHIND THE WALL EMERGED. Make a long story short they just cover up mold, they do not remediate it properly so there for it's still there. Let's just rest on this note......it would have been a much less exspensive choice to have just put us in a hotel for 2 weeks. Very exspensive lesson and I'm sure the insurance rates have spiked on them. I lived here for almost 8 years by the way. Stay away please the outside you can cover up all day, you cant see what's between the walls though.....

I absolutely love it here. We have lived here for 7 years and the new owners are making so many improvements. The management is awesome and I never have to wait more then a day for any work needing to be done in my apartment.

today we had a wonderful time at the bbq the apartment complex gave for all the tenants the food was ok we appreciated everything that they did for us . i really appreciated meeting most of the tenants that live there its good to see there selection process has improved for prospective tenents . and that there are alot of good neighbors here now . thankx parkwood

This apartment complex is under new management and have really cleaned up the neighborhood. Its very quiet and they have 4 laundry rooms and two pools and a workout gym right next to Carmichael Park.

Shity place... even worst now with new management ... never answer any phone call
