Lease is almost up and I won’t be resigning. The amenities in not only our unit but our neighbors units are constantly breaking like the AC, washer/drier, and the back parking lot gate. We’ve had to spend hundreds of dollars of Lyfts/Ubers and miss out on other opportunities/commitments because the gate would get stuck closed with our cars inside. We sent tons of requests for maintenance but they don’t respond unless we call over and over and over again, and have even marked our requests completed when they haven’t been addressed by the management. The entire time we lived here was frustrating and inconvenient. Excited to be moving out.

Tyson was a pleasure to work with, where do I begin. From the moment I called to inquire about the property he was extremely helpful and very informative. He was quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had. And truly was an advocate for myself and my family in regards to getting us to successfully move into the property on our terms. I recently moved in to our condo, and thanks to Carnahan Dexter Management it was a smooth process. My property manager was efficient and made sure that all of needs were met. She was very professional both on the phone and in person. Her staff was very helpful. They made sure that all of the required documents were ready and filed in a timely manner.
