Caroline is a wonderful person to work with when selling one's house. She explains everything well and listens to the seller's point of view as well. She keeps her sellers aware of everything that is going on, needs to be done, etc., but is not pushy at all. Her staging is beautiful. Caroline is very friendly and, by the end of the sale, is more like a family member than a realtor. My daughter had Caroline when she bought her house and was so impressed with her that she encouraged me to have her as my realtor and I was so glad she did. I was impressed as well.
