Well I applied for a job and nothing.no call backs nothing at all even when I have walked inside everyday for a good or two to the front office only to discover they not going to higher me. I have all the experience they need. And even 1 interview. Imma keep trying ...

DO NOT RENT HERE. There's squatters on the property that break into units, the management is slow to address repairs, and we're being charged late fees despite showing proof that we paid our rent on time. On top of that, we're going on two weeks without air conditioning during a heatwave in this desert. At the time of writing this review, the property is owned by Pro Residential Management, who are notorious for all issues stated above on pretty much all of their properties, as well as continuing to charge former tenants rent through their online portal after the tenants' leases have ended and said tenants have moved.

Had a water leak for a month till the roof caved in! They are impossible to get a hold of if you need something, and they literally just kept my security deposit and been ghosted me! Place is terrible! Literally my first ever review but the people have to know!

I've previously lived at Casa Encinas, and I have to say that the new management company is FANTASTIC. Especially Kelly, she really goes above and beyond, is responsive, professional, and caring. I am so impressed with the improvements to the grounds, and excited to see their future improvements, too.

I thought the old management was bad! it's now under New Management and Kelly the main manager refuses to respond to my text or calls regarding my deposit .I moved out 3 weeks ago and can't get them to even respond !I do not recommend this place. It's full of bugs , feral cats , and is in shambles as far as maintenance.
