I really love living here. I have friendly neighbors and I love the location. Irina and Kassra are wonderful to work with. My move in process was a breeze and the value and location is priceless. Gated parking for residents (but adjacent to a residential street with plenty of guest parking!). It’s a nice, quiet place to call home. And the laundry room is beautiful.

Finally settling in on my new apartment. I am absolutely blessed to have been helped by Elena. She was so patient with me, always helping me each step of the way. If it weren't for her I honestly don't know what I would have done. Me and my son will always be grateful to her for helping us. And if it weren't for her I honestly don't think I would have gotten my priorities straight. She helped us tremendously. Thank you again Elena for such an amazing job. As me and my son both say, whoever her boss is, she deserves a raise!

Probably the worst place I’ve resided. Communication with management is horrible. The property manager Elana lets her dog use the bathroom on the concrete in her back yard when there’s a grass patch on the property. The lovely smell of sun baked dog poop and piss comes through our doors and windows when they are open and it’s a great view for your guests to see. I don’t know what apartments are pictured because I paid for the highest apartments advertised and it doesn’t look anything like the pictures. Rents cheap because you get what you pay for. Have never had an issue with roaches before but have seen a handful since move in. I know they aren’t from me because when Xfinity was setting up my WIFI and removing covers they were filled with dead roaches & in none of my previous homes did I have a Roach problem. No guest spots for parking and if you have more than one car, you have to park on the street. Pools dirty. Trash everywhere on the ground surrounding the bins. I’m 3 months in of my lease and can’t wait for it to end. I also advise you to read the Yelp reviews on Casa Linda. The only thing good here is the maintenance man who’s nice and the accessibility to most major shops.

***Edit: Since they won’t respond to my emails or calls. Also adding to be sure you speak up about not wanting a parking spot by the emergency gate which means I convenience of the garbage truck blocking me in making me 20 minutes late to work every Monday and Friday. Last Friday he so kindly dropped the whole metal bin down while I was backing up, smashing the whole back end of my brand new car & traumatizing my son. The week before something flew out while he was dumping and scraped my car.
