I would give this place zero stars but it won’t let me. Been living here for 4 years and have raised my rent for almost $400!! No dishwasher, no washer and dryer in the unit. The laundry mat that they do have is always broken. They always turn the water off with no notice and sometimes forget to turn it back on. Last year when I resigned my new lease they said that they would clean my carpets. Im still waiting for them to do that and its been a year! Please do not rent here or u will be miserable living here. Look elsewhere. FYI the manager is very rude.

The current property manager is unprofessional, rude and has no social skills when dealing with the tenants. My apartment flooded during the rain storms and when I brought this to their attention. They didn't do a damn thing. The property managers or whom ever is covering, tells you one thing and another. Stories are never consistent. I agree with the last person who posted. The property manager should be fired. I have no clue how a person like that manages these apartments. She always sounds like she has to be on the defense.

I'd like to start by saying, I've never lived at this property. However, I am searching as my lease at my current home is almost up. I contacted this property inquiring about their 2bd 2bth or 3br apartments and its availability. I receive a short, two sentence, answer from Cassandra. She replied the only availability they had would be a 3bd for move in on 6/08. My response was of course, thank you and would perhaps be available for a virtual or self guided tour. Given the nature of this Pandemic and Social Distancing, it would be completely understandable. I called and Cassandra answered the phone. She was not warm, welcoming or sound as if she wanted to freely give information regarding units. Borderline rude is what I would call her! Even with this first impression at hand I thanked her again for responding to my email and asked if apartment would be available for viewing. She stated no, as it is still occupied and current tenants were not vacating until end of this month but I was more than welcome to apply and, if approved, enter into a pre-lease I believe was the term used without seeing the apartment first. I confirmed just to make sure I heard correctly, that I would need to apply, get approved and move into a place unseen by 6/08? She confirmed and stated if that wasn't an option for me then it's understandable. She's absolutely correct. I would never move into any home sight unseen especially if your company doesn't even give the option for a virtual 3D Tour! Better business practices and customer service are definitely in order for this establishment. I am pretty sure I dodged a bullet. Customer service is very important to me and the service I received is indicative of the type of property it is. No thank you.

Everything up to the part when we we're ready to drop an application and deposit and a resident walked in and took the exact one we wanted. Property manager should be fired. Just caused a loss of over $22,000 and there will be can empty apt. Not smart.

I lived here 2013-2018. Four different property managers. $100+ rent increase each year. One manager was decent, when she left I should of too.
