We loved our stay on The Strand in Oceanside over the Thanksgiving weekend. We had six adults sharing the space very comfortably, especially with the large dining table and huge sectional sofe.. The condo was immaculately clean with everything we needed for Thanksgiving dinner. Casago even called the week before to check if we had any specific needs for cooking our special meal, provided recyclable baking pans and tin foil and we found an incredibly delicious apple pie in the fridge as a gift!

Each bathroom had a kit of soaps and toiletries. The kitchen had an individual kit of dish soap, sponge, and pods for the dishwasher and clothes washer. Next to the thermostat was a QR code for a voice message explaining how to use it. There was also a QR code for how to open the wall of doors to the patio.

And, I need to mention the super comfortable beds, soft towels and the closet full of beach gear. Our every need was met in the kitchen from dishes to cooking equipment and appliances.

Plus, each day I received a short check in message from the management company making sure I had their 24 hour emergency need line. We were so very impressed with this condo and Casago management company.

It was a wonderful vacation and I've already started saving for us to return next year. Thank you Casago!

We’ve rented quite a few places and our experience with Casago North County San Diego was the best by far. Very easy to book and they sent out very clear instructions for check in, WiFi and checkout. I really appreciated all the QR codes around the house- they had them on the hot tub so you knew how to use it, on the thermostat so you could see how that worked, etc.. Made everything really easy. The best part was when I texted that we couldn’t get the fire pit on, their handyperson showed up within 30 minutes and fixed everything!! Very easy to do business with and next time we are staying in San Diego, I’ll call them first!!!

It was a great place. Spacious, well equipped, and clean. Andy when I had a question on how to work the heat/ac units they were quick to call back and give good directions and even checked back after words to see if everything was working right. I would recommend to everyone!!

We absolutely LOVED our stay in Carlsbad at the house on Poppy lane! Our host Erik was EXCEPTIONAL as he truly enhanced our stay to ensure all our needs were met for our cycling trip. He was super responsive, and also provided us with additional cycling items to support our trip. By far the best Airbnb experience I have ever had with a host. Erik felt like a friend more than just a property management host. Highly recommend this property or any others managed by Casago for an amazing customer service experience! 5 stars all the way
