Ashaunti is who we worked with whenever moving into our apartment across the states. She's been such a godsend with helping us fill out our applications, talking us through the process, an she even came to personally deliver our keys to us at almost midnight.
She's absolutely the best person we've meet so far!

The apartments are absolutely gorgeous, the neighbors are super friendly and it's just so beautiful up here as well.

10/10 would absolutely recommend!

I have lived at many complexes but I have to say Christine and Ashaunti are the most experienced property managers I’ve ever met. They don’t make you feel like a number and check in with you throughout the year. Their resident events are pretty cool too. Next month they will have a hot chocolate bar and I can’t wait! Thank you ladies for making cascade ridge feel like home.

The staff here are wonderful, which is why it is such a shame that the property itself is in absolute shambles. There is visible mold in every windowsill and on the bathroom walls. Stains from the previous tenant remained plainly visible. There is an overwhelming odor of cat urine throughout. One of the bathrooms smells like mildew. I was shown a great looking unit when we toured the property, but my mistake was not insisting on viewing the actual unit we would be living in prior to signing the paperwork. Here are just a few examples of how the unit was provided to my family upon move in. It has been nearly two weeks, and these issues have still not been addressed. There does not seem to be any sense of urgency for providing new tenants with a good move-in experience. I will be moving out ASAP and breaking my lease despite the enormous cost. Do not make the same mistake I did.

UPDATE: as you can see, management has replied to this review in an attempt to appear responsive however, nearly one month has passed and the only effort that has been made to address our concerns has been to repeatedly reapply caulk to the bathtubs. Nothing else has been done despite regular check-ins on an itemized list of complaints.

Additionally, since my initial review, upstairs neighbors have moved in and the noise is absolutely unbearable. The ceiling creaks loudly and visibly flexes throughout the entire apartment. To be clear, we also hear the bass-heavy stomping expected of an upstairs neighbor, but the concerning part is the loud sharp cracking and creaking that occurs at all hours of the day. I’ve never experienced such outrageously inadequate conditions in my decades of apartment living. It genuinely feels unsafe, like my neighbors could come crashing down onto me at any moment.

New videos added to the review so you know what you’re getting yourself into if you still somehow decide this is the place for you. As you can see (and hear) something is very wrong with this building.

The Good—Close to a Shell Station. There is a washer and dryer in the unit.

The Bad—1) Parking is a Nightmare, especially if you come home at random times. Even though you pay for parking, there is no enforcement so there is no guarantee that you have a space when you come home. They post signs of a towing company that is no longer business. The problem is that everyone knows that, so people basically park whenever they want. Bottom line parking, the money for parking is just extra money for apartment complex. If you complain about, management will not do anything about it, beyond telling you that they are sorry, but they will not tow any car for their own liability. So tenants pay for parking and guests can park wherever they want.

2) If you call for maintenance, they may show up the next day to look at it but will take several weeks to get things fixed. So in late August I called for leak in the bathroom, it took them 1 month and half just to attempt to fix it. I ended discover the leak was caused by under the sink, these amateurs went and cut a hole in the wall and resealed the toilet and was not fixed until October. They patch the wall but never repaired the baseboards or give the wall the same texture as before. Maintenance man makes tons of excuses.

3) During snowfall you better have your own plower, shovel or salt bags handy, because they do not plow or shovel snow, so if end up living in High Sierra Lane with no 4W Drive vehicle, expect to be stuck.

4) Left the apartment back in late November and had Utilities shutoff in early December and did not use any water, but still received a full month's water bill for December.

5)Do not expect your deposit back. After leaving the apartment, in reasonable condition, they will charge a $175.00 clean up and $85.00 carpet cleaning fee and try to bill for a utility when you were not even there. Pics below is how I left the place and they still took my deposit.

Overall, I could have done better than Cascade Ridge. For the amount of their rent they are trying to charge is definitely overpriced for what you get.
