Reasonably priced for the area. There are some issues with the building and the parking lot, but those are being addressed.

Maintenance has been very responsive and have fixed everything we've requested within a reasonable time frame.

Management has been wonderful. Good management and maintenance make all the difference. Christopher in the office has helped any time we've had a question. He's responsive and thorough. He was patient with all my questions and even let me and my friends tour multiple times the 3 months before moving. He's knowledgeable about all that's going on and is helpful.

From the day i came into the office to meet with Paul, to the many calls to chris for additional info and help navigating my move in process, the staff has gone above and beyond through the entire process. They made it very straight forward, and clear. Anyone looking to move here; the staff was very friendly and professional. All that you want in a property management office. We moved in about 3 years ago and all was fine rent was cheap the spot were cheap trash was picked up and maintenance team was great… it is no longer like that now everything has changed rent is now very expensive for the area the trash get piled up so bad every weekend their are rats running through it and everything because it get so bad and also are building has been infested with roaches multiple times because of the dumpster. There is no parking ever and they will tow you!! We have had multiple shooting and people murdered in the parking lot. We have had windows smashed on the building and are cars. There are always fent heads smoking their blue pills in the stair wells. They have no cameras at all in the apartments. There are no doors or key pads. The office staff are rude and lie all the time saying they will do something but u have to bother them multiple times for it to get done. U can’t have guests over there is no parking. This place is not for anyone. And for all of those reasons we have decided not to renew are lease after 3 years (all of this has happened in the last year) they also charged us thousands to move out trying to say we did all this stuff that was already done to the apartment because the last apartment did not keep good records!!! DO NOT RENT HERE IT IS NOT WORTH IT!!!!!!

I’ve been a resident here for 6 years. First off; I want to start by saying there is never guest parking available. It is so annoying how one family can take 3-4 spots for all of their damn cars and it’s somehow acceptable. I am almost 38 weeks pregnant and have to park my other car at Fred Meyer due to not having available parking. Now my car has been towed from Fred Meyer. It’s really frustrating that there is no parking ever. I was offered a garage parking at $150 a month which is honestly insane as I already pay $2k+ for rent. I believe before it was $100 for a garage and $50 for a covered spot. I don’t even want to renew my lease here. Please do something about the parking and the families who take advantage of that. Where are people supposed to park? Where are friends/family who come to visit supposed to park? Most annoying thing ever!

This apartment is big scam!!
We stay here because facility like pool, gym, and basketball. But never hv chance to use it because it always maintanance pool. And gym, basket.. door always lock.
And they raise rent, charge people for other thisng no make sense without notice. I endup pay $400 more. Really disepointing!!
And i sure they woll squeze me for 10 month left.

The apartments are good looking from the outside. The environment is clean and the Admins are very lovely, friendly and helpful.
1. Please change the info put on the internet it's misleading...
2.Try to remove the code for garbage disposal
3. Please paint the balcony frames and front door
4. Have the apartments fumigation there are too many insects that it's frustrating
5. The walkway and stairs in the apartments very dirty needs cleaning
6. Try and put temporary cover on the window space in the stairs....

Parking -
Minimum guest parking, about 6 total for the whole complex. Parking is so little that some tenants are given complimentary carports assigned to their unit. Carports are $50 & garage is $100. Usually one family is taking up the guest parking and swapping cars when one leaves, good luck even getting to park there. Even if you waited for them to move, they feel entitled to it by telling you "i'm parking there, i'm just moving my other car". Most people are able to block in their own vehicles (if they have more than 1), but be forewarned, the security company towed me blocking in my own vehicle once lol, when confronted, the idiot said someone called to say they’re blocked in, now why would I call on myself Smh

The Unit-
Oven stove has a safety feature that shuts off by itself so it turns off cooking on high for 2 minutes then takes a while to kick back on. Asked about a swap but was told I can buy my own to install. This would be my 6th year. Rent went from $1280 to around $1800-$2000 (keeping up with the market? 🤷🏽‍♂️). That’s including w/s/g. Toilet condensation is pretty bad. Tried turning on the heat, buying a dehumidifier, etc, same thing. Mold builds up in a lot of the area along walls. Again, did a full clean and kept heat on. Not sure what’s going on. Latest development is a crater on the floor by the bathroom. Had maintenance check and even asked if it was normal. Was told it’s ok and it’ll be alright. Not sure about that either. Just think if you were moving in and found that, would you still move in? Maintenance is helpful otherwise for a majority of the other issues. Neighbor below me had mold problems and his whole floor just got redone. I have a feeling that same pipe runs upstairs to me. But who knows, I’m no expert. I just know that floor is NOT normal. Also, the fans in the bathroom sounds like an old war airplane ready to take off 😂 . Hopefully this is my final year when my lease is up. Management is pleasant and helpful.

Amenities-
There's a new playground (the only one) they put in last year (2023). Pools/Hot tub, both outdoors, are open when in season (summer only). There's a basketball court at the office building & a soccer playfield in the area complex. The exercise room is apparently closed due to kids going in and out not having a chaperone. Last, some people with pets here don’t really pick up after their dog. I wouldn’t recommend walking on the grass or letting your kids play on the grass. Poop mines everywhere. Thats about all I can think of for a recent review as of 3/2/24. Resident since 1/2018.

The website looks pretty but when see in real person is not the same. And all the guest parking is always taken from the same people who live at the apartments. The apartments needs alot of work. Not very happy with the place.
