My experience with Casey was amazing. I started searching for property initially in 2020 when I was new to the US and also new to California real estate market, at that time Casey spent a lot of time explaining the market and showing the various options that we could go with. She also got us in touch with lender who guided us through the financials. Unfortunately after 3 months of looking, we had cold feet and backed off but Casey was always polite and never showed any sort of disappointment to us.

In 2023, when we were finally ready to buy we had no second thought and right away approached Casey and we honestly we are so damn happy and lucky that we found her.

Casey has amazing communication skills and is very knowledgeable about the market situation. She was always available whenever we wanted to see a property, we have troubled her day night evening what not!!!!! The dedication and honesty she has for her work is commendable. “Attention to details” is woww!!!! Her way of negotiating is superb where she got us our dream home with 25k lesser than the list price. She has great reference for lenders as well who not only gave us a good quote but also made our loan process less complicated. Casey always ensured our loan process is going great, and she’ll constantly be in touch with us and our lender.

She won’t let you compromise on anything and she won’t let you buy anything stupid! She’s the best for sure! 🙂

She only deal with people that are the regular home owners with a regular W2 employment history or those that maybe have boat loads of cold cash waiting to purchase in the Bay Area. She was absolutely unwilling to help people that probably don't have as much money or experience but that is fine if she is just a regular realtor in all walks of life. However, she asserted herself as investor friendly (that just means she needs to have the right resources above and beyond a W2, family based purchases), yet would refuse to assist a potential investor that might not have her brand of qualifications. Definitely not someone that cares about individual situation unless you have enough cash to fight in a bidding war. But if you need a much more resourceful realtor that can help you get off market listings and don't mind going above and beyond for true real estate investors, she won't be the right person for that.
