What an amazing experience it was to work with Casey Watters and her team. A group of professionals, who know how to sell a house, but in the meantime, can help with all your questions. They not only helped us sell our house, they shared with us how to sell all of our furniture and accessories.
We were gone for the winter while the house was being shown and they were amazing about staging it every single time someone wanted a showing. Because Casey is such a high producer, she has a staff that has expertise in all the areas from staging to mortgage. We had a unicorn of a home and her reach brought in people from out of state. I couldn’t be happier working with every single one of her people…well of course including her. Great team of amazing people.

Casey Watters appears to be willing to sell homes in any condition. As such, it is crucial for prospective buyers to conduct a home inspection prior to making a purchase. Unfortunately, I incurred a $700 expense for an inspection on a property she was selling, which was purportedly a sound investment (“hidden gem” as she claimed). However, this claim proved to be inaccurate. Furthermore, she is now utilizing my inspection report to adjust the property's price, effectively benefiting from my expenditure. It is essential for potential buyers to exercise caution when dealing with her. She seems to be willing to sell properties without thorough knowledge of their condition.
