We bought our first home in June of 2016. It was a big step and we were very unsure and uneasy about the qualification and approval and just the whole process in general. Fortunately we used Castle & Cooke as our lender and with the help of our amazing loan officer Diana Hernandez, we breezed through the process. She said we’d be ready for a different home within 2-5 years but we laughed it off and said no way. In January of 2019 we decided to list our home for sale and pursue a bigger and better home. We spoke with Diana, (and told her she was right), and asked her what we could do to get into a bigger house as soon as possible. From then on, it was nothing but smooth sailing. She checked our credit, let us know all of the loan options we had available, we made a choice, and took it from there. Such an easy process with her by our sides. We seriously can’t thank her enough for everything she helped with and would recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home. Whether it’s a first home or upgrade or whatever! There’s nobody that we would’ve trusted better to help us with such a big step in life! Thank you so much Diana and thank you Castle & Cooke mortgage🙌🏻

Buying a house and moving is not a pleasant experience. These folks did a great job of getting us approved for financing and we are now in our dream home. Everything went fine including the hair raising experience of closing on our prior home and closing the next day on the new place. Couldn’t be happier. Brenda Starr has helped me not only initially purchase my first home but also refinance it as well!
