My wife and I visited three apartments. Finally, we chose this place . We really love the apartments and the location. Well maintained and clean. when out have problems can’t solve, Jessica listens and responds in a very timely manner. I really thank you for your meticulous andintimate service!!!

So far, I gotta say I am extremely pleased with CC Apartments and its service level. We knew the location was great and saw the units, etc. reason why we decided to move in. However, usually, once “you are in”, many apartment buildings don’t maintain the same level of care. That has not been the case with CC. Today, we had a maintenance issue, Tony and Joe from the Facilities team came in promptly and, as usual (I say as usual because Tony has assisted us a few times already) provided us with great service! Efficient and friendly.

I took a self-tour of castle creek and the process was convenient. Tyler McCroy assisted me in the whole process of the self-tour. He answered all my questions and provided relevant information. During my tour I observed that CC is clean and well-maintained.

We had trouble with our hot watet and that was when we had the power outage. They addressed to us quickly how they couldn’t help us fix it because of the power outage. They were also quick to help us fix it after the power came back on and was really nice about it,

Tony and the maintenance guys are great. We had a few issues after moving in and they always respond quickly and are very friendly. The staff have also been very accommodating.

Overall it’s a pretty good place to live for the price. I think the only thing that really bothers me is that our unit is in the building right across from the indoor basketball court, so we can hear loud booming sounds up until around 10pm or so.

Excellent management and maintenance. I really love the apartments and the location. Well maintained and clean. The customer care also listens and responds in a very timely manner. Swimming pool, indoor basketball court and the gym are always well maintained. The maintenance man, Tony is very helpful and a nice guy. Couldn't be more happy. Thankyou guys ! Keep the great work going!
