I love living here the people at the office are very nice, they always keep their word on helping make sure your house is kept in order on their part.
I went shoes to live another place around such amazing management. And Miss Nikki the manager is an amazing lady she is a very kind loving woman and so is everyone else up under her.!!!

I have lived here for almost 3 years, and while there have been issues here and there, it's an apartment complex and there are going to be issues. Other than that, this is a very quiet and community oriented complex. Everyone looks out for one another and whenever any riff raff moves in they don't normally stay long at all because our tenants let everyone know very quickly this is a family friendly, community complex. It is very small Wich I appreciate. I have lived here for 3 years and have only seen bugs one time, when someone moved in next door and left very quickly. So did thier bugs. I literally saw 3 bugs and when they left. So did thier friends. We have had alot if management turnover, but by far Brittany Sullivan has been the best manager we have seen. She returns emails and calls almost immediately, even on the weekends and is more than willing to work with whatever issue you have and help you. Very rare quality in an apartment manager. If your looking for a quiet complex in a super convenient part of town ( everything you need is within 5 miles) and if you drive 5-10 miles up Old Spanish Trl you have unlimited access to some of the most amazing views of Tucson. Colossal cave, Suguaro East, Douglas trail, Mount Lemmon is maybe 15 miles up. 11 out of 10 DO recommend.

I've only been here a few months, and I'm loving it. My neighbors are very friendly, Carlos is a great manager, he takes the time and listens to our needs. He makes sure the laundry room is clean, my boys love it here. Thank you.

I wish there was a way to give this place 0 stars...... not only have I been here for over a year and a half but due to the unproffesionalisum of the office staff as well as the management team my family is now homeless. When Carlos was running the office here he never completed work orders, I had a leak in both bathrooms that had caused mold, (and I have 2 babies in the home) and it took me yelling at Carlos in front of the entire complex to even have him look at the mold issue, mind you the leak still has not been fixed! Due to this he allowed me to not pay rent for multiple months until the fix was completed. Then he was FIRED for running the complex into the ground and continued complaints from me and other residents. Once that happened I was told I would need to not only pay my current rent but pay all months that carlos had allowed me to not pay since he had not fixed the issue. So I break my back and finances getting all the money owed to that point (it took 4 months to catch up and stay current, mind you my rent was over $1000. So I caught up and during this time they had an incompetent temp working the office and was only there half the time. She never knew anything she was only there to collect the rent. (Because that's all the company cares about.) So finally after 4-5 months of dealing with the incompetant temp they finally hired someone who knew what they were doing and who was great to work with. Well she quit about a month or so ago because again the management company doesnt care. Due to the state of the complex after carlos left she had do much to do. Not only organizing the office and dealing with residents on a daily basis but she also had to do all the matinence around the complex. There is so much to do that she told them to get her help or she would quit. Well she didnt get the help she was asking for so she left. Well now due to all the loans I have had to get during that time I cant afford my rent, so i stopped paying them because it was causing me to be behind. So when I went to pay my rent at the beginning of june I didnt have the full amount and they refused to take a partial payment or work with me anymore. So my late fees built up and I couldn't get everything paid. (Remember I also have two kids and 3 adults that need to have the necessities to survive), so I couldn't pay that month and come July I have some but still they refused to work with me. It was either pay $2500, or we were getting kicked out. Well guess what now we are homeless. Plus they say its suppose to be drug free and a quit place to live. You can smell pot all around the complex and its suppose to equal and immediate eviction but nope that hasn't happened to anyone. Also the first week or so I was here a man got teased in front of my door. And just about a month ago a little kid was kidnapped right outside in the court yard. This is a terrible place to love. I would never recommend the complex or the management company to any one. If you are looking to rent from an MEB property just know all they care about is money and not if you and your family are living in a clean and safe place.

PS ITS INFESTED WITH COACROACHES AS WELL.

New management has upgraded the community and all the unit interiors. The prices are the best that was able to find in the area. I haven't had any problems and the manager is very nice and always responsive.
