I can't say enough great things about Catalyst Property Management! We always self-managed our rentals, but we ran into a problem tenant who left a huge mess. It was one of those messes where you just stood there in awe and scratched your head wondering where to start. I'm so happy I started with Catalyst! Sharing the horrific photos of what our tenant left us so you get an idea of the extent of things. Catalyst had it cleaned up in less than a week, refreshed with kitchen and bath updated two and a half weeks later, remarketed and re-rented and new tenant moved in all in less than 6 weeks time.
