We could not have asked for a better real estate agent then Julie. She has tons of expertise and data on the local real estate market and does a great job setting expectations, and also has great instincts. She also is great at listening and coaching you through figuring out exactly what you're looking for. We were moving from out-of-state and she really helped us understand the area better. With her guidance, we were able to close on just the second home we made an offer on. For the house we did not get, she accurately predicted how many offers it would get and what it would close for - the only reason we didn't get it is because someone else was able to offer more then us. Obviously there is nothing you can do about someone else having more resources than you, but there is no one better than Julie at helping you be as competitive as possible with what you do have.
