I've known Mark for a long time and recently had the occasion to use his services to help sell my mother in law's home. I knew Mark was good, but didn't realize how good until we were working together on this project. His presale inspections, photography, video tour and drone video were all top shelf. His advice and guidance through the process, which got a bit bumpy for a bit, proved to be on point and invaluable. I can’t say enough good things about Mark Montross with Catamount Realty. I just used Mark for my second time with purchasing a home and I would use him time and time again. I met Mark 7 years ago just by accident when I requested a showing on Zillow and immediately knew I had the right guy on my side. Before I moved to Burlington, I called Mark Montross about a property he was representing. Although it was under contract, he offered to help me find a house I could call home.
