I had an investment home in Danville, but lived in Roseville that I wanted to sell. Bryan provided me a complete 30 day plan to sell my property, which encompassed his entire marketing and sales process. As his plan suggested, he would pre-market my home to his internal group. Within a day, I received a full price offer. He and I felt an opportunity to find a higher price, since it hadn't even gotten onto the MLS. Bryan provide his comments and suggestion. However, he allowed my personal judgments to supersede his own. Ultimately, I sold my home within days of listing for a significant price, well over my asking price. Closing went along smoothly with Bryan's watchful eye to keep things moving along.

I had never met Bryan before, but he came highly recommended by my Cousin, who only knew of Bryan socially. Since both my Cousin and I are successful business people, Bryan easily passed our intuition that Bryan knew what he was doing. Again, he created a thoughtful plan, executed his plan flawlessly, and did this all with a jovial demeanor. WHAT A GREAT GUY! (Thanks Bryan!!!)

I can not say enough about how amazing Nicole Tucker is. She is such a hard worker and never stops until the job is done. She is efficient as ever. She is also always on top of everything and takes care of things as they arise. I would recommend her to anyone. She is also so incredibly friendly. I love her.
