I really don’t know where to begin. Whether you are renter or a homeowner, this company goes above and beyond to provide the best service. It is hard for me to even describe how wonderfully I’ve been treated by this amazing company and the people who work for them!

This company is sending mass mailers designed to look like checks to homeowners in my neighborhood. The mailers are "offers" to "buy your house for cash" for a price that is over $100k LESS than what the City appraisal for my property is. And not even close to what I could sell for on the open market if I were actually interested in selling (which I'm not). While this isn't the first time I've received this kind of junk mail, this might be the sleaziest implementation I've seen.

These kinds of predatory companies use fearmongering and misinformation to prey on people who just see the word "cash" and don't understand that they're being low-balled.

If you're considering using this company for any kind of real estate service, do yourself a favor and just go somewhere else. A company that uses these kinds of tactics is not one you want to have anything to do with.

This is not a good place to rent a house , they have the worst houses in Richmond , they charge the tenants for plumber maintenance when the houses are 100 years old and is falling apart, I don’t recommend this management company at all .

This company is very unprofessional. My husband and I both called about TWO properties we were told just bring in a $500 money order to hold the property, we went to write the money order out not even 10 mins later we called the company back just to ask them who did we need to make the money order out too. The lady then told us she didn't have any properties. Then she was suggesting that we get an apartment. I then asked her on Wednesday could she please email me with the properties that she currently had available. Two days later my husband and I gave them a call back but no one answer the the phone for us, but when we called from a different phone they answered, but still have not emailed us with the list smh. I told my husband that we were not going to keep reaching out to this company to get them to take our money. I just feel like instead of screening calls and lying about sending a list of available properties just let people know that you do not have anything available. When companies act like this you that shows you what you would have to deal with in the long run. I MOST DEFINITELY WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO A SOUL!!! I do not even want to rate this with one star but this is the only way I can make the post
