Extremely incompetent, unprofessional management that doesn’t seem to understand how her decisions to continuously give people short-notice news affects others. This place is really outdated, drab, and not worth it in any conceivable sense - save your money (and emotional bandwidth!) and go somewhere else! Also, the trees that you have no choice but to park under get sap all over your car literally all year round, so I hope you’re not too attached to your car’s paint job.

I lived here the past four years. The apartments are great in size. They are safe and a great place to raise a family . Anna from the main office is amazing and sends maintance out quickly for any problems. Nothing but great things to say about Cedar Gardens !

This is in regard to Cedar Garden Apartments, 1030 Cedar Bridge Ave. Brick NJ 08723. I am a current resident. My evaluation and comments are as follows: Very noisy 2nd Floor and 1st floor tenants. Messy grounds, many plastic bottles and garbage on property. The trash area is disgusting, rubber gloves are needed just to throw out garbage. Many unused / unusable bicycles stored all over property. Many shopping carts from local stores on property. The place is a noisy garbage dump. Snow removal is not very good. If I fall in the snow, I will sue. No wonder the rent is so cheap. Five or more residents living in a one bedroom apartment. Home land security ICE, should investigate residents and property, along with Ocean County Sheriff, Dept. of Health, and Brick PD.

Lived here for two years, amazing landlord. Great communication whenever we needed something. Very clean apartments, well maintained complex.

Lived there '83 - '89, don't look much different on the outside. Neighbors had bugs, bugs left when neighbors moved out. They redid tile floor in bathroom and the floor rotted until there was a hole to the basement. Lived out the security deposit. DUMP!

Terrible place to live. They have a roach problem that they refuse to eliminate. Hardly any hot water and maintenance is horrible. Wouldn't recommend this place to any one.
