I have worked with Briana Cooper for a number of years. She has been pivotable finding tenants for my rental properties. She is a wonderful person to work with, she is very hard working, follows through every time, very professional and such a joy! All of the tenants she has found have been great tenants. I can't thank Breanna Roll enough. The service she provided was above average and what I expected when I began reaching out to agencies in the area to plan my relocation. Breanna was super busy at the time, but reached out after hours to keep the ball rolling on my application. Within three days, I had a lease signed.

I have a deep appreciation for the customer service provided because I had the misfortune of initially trying to do business with Real Property Management in the area.This company gave preferential treatment to other applicants, misrepresented a question to the owner of a home I was ready to sign a lease for, and then gave other applicants extensions on their 48 hour limit to sign when I was ready to sign. $100 in the hole and weeks before my move date, Celski and Associates came through for me at a cheaper price and with a lot less headache. Breanna is a kind and understanding agent. Can't thank her enough.

We use Jill as our HOA management contact and she is wonderful. She listens to the needs of the board and community to get things done. She has great contacts throughout the city to make quotes on repairs happen, and is very responsive. I'm super happy we switched over to Jill!
